I purchase a Bonanza DVD Collection on 24/11 and only received prirated copies recorded from TV Land and Hallmark TV stations, and there were 23 corrupt discs out of 113, so I did not get the complete seasons. The discs were plain with only Bonanza and the disc number stamped on the discs. After emails, Gordon sent an email back indicating the correct DVDs will be sent within 2-4 weeks free of charge. Sent an email on 22/2 to find out when they will arrive and the email got blocked. I informed him that there were illegal, pirated copies but he said that it is legal under the "Burnie" act.

Tried to view their website today and the internet explorer could not display the webpage. Looks like no more contact with them and I cannot get as advertised on their webpage: e.G. Memorable episodes in a limited edition box set, all 431 uncut episodes, 14 complete seasons, brand new limited edition box set, digitally remastered for stunning clarity and sound. Well, I got discs that would not play, stopped without going to the end, sound out of synch with mouth, missed some of the seasons, cases old fashioned, not as shown on webpage. I got ripped off and there seems to be a lot more people out there who have been ripped off. I though I was buying from a company in Australia as they displayed the Australian map painted in with our Australia flag colours (missing Tasmania though), and displaying our kangaroo wording. I have kept a copy of all emails if you need to view them.
