I, too, feel there is a scam involved. Ordered the $4.95 (shipping and handling) free trial offer and when I called to cancel out this account they had already charged me for 2 shipments of refills. One charge on Sept. 17 and about 2 weeks later another charge. The rep I spoke to said all of this was contained in their "terms and conditions". (fine print)
