Three Altech Netstar products were mounted in November along with a week later I then found out that three were defective. I had been informed that new products must be mounted however it didn't occur in November or Dec. Just in January the brand new products were mounted. A couple of days later my consideration was debited for the unit. Several more times approved and again it had been documented that three products were defective. I had been positively mad with Altech Netstar and also to genuinely believe that I had been debited for something which didn't actually function! After several telephone calls and unpleasant emails, Aven Pillay, Sales Government at Altech Netstar delivered me a contact encouraging to stop my agreement, take away the defective products and pay me. This mail was delivered to me about the 12 Feb. After numerous telephone calls and much more unpleasant emails, nothing happened! I want the defective products to become eliminated before another following organization may deploy their products but this doesn't bother Altech Netstar. Within the meantime, I'm not able to monitor some of my automobiles if stolen or hijacked, because of Altech Netstar, their inexperienced team and defective products.
