She placed a room 4 rent ad for an upstairs mimi apartment reaching out to"other single mothers in need of a little help" i paid her $200.00 to hold the room after meeting her children herself and seeing the place. She lived in the home under it and i thought there were boxes everywhere because she had just moved in. The day prior to move in day i called her repeatedly because she had not answered my calls for a few weeks. Finally she answered saying she had been extremely busy and had filed a protection order on her ex so my dad went by the next day to see where he was moving my son and i and called me stating the home address igave him was in foreclosure w/a no trespassing sign and all her belongings on the curb. I had also had my dad mail her a check for $500.00 for my 1st months rent she claimed she desperately needed early because another single mom offered to give her $1000.00 in advance and if i wanted the room then i needed to give her something or shed have to take the better offer and she really liked mne and wanted badly to help us out.By the time we found her out the check was cashed and she was long gone. I called the electric company and found out she was moving out the house not in and owed them over $1500.00. She continues to rip people off w/her bonus legal services site that i know for a fact she collect money up front but never does the requested work or even vues the case its all a huge scam. After contacting her relatives and ex husbands relatives i learned i was dealing with a professional con artist who has several aliases and many victims!!!
