I ordered flowers for my mother for mothers day, as im sure many of you did. I got the flowers and they were terrible! They were an inch away from death and i ordered them ahead of time just so i could avoid the mothers day rush and they still turned out pitiful!
I also made the mistake of signing up for their online service, i made my account hope for a little more convenience and to save a little on the flowers. I was unaware that im actually not saving any money because every month they charge you a $14.99 for idenity protection service and also $9.99 for joining both of these i had knw idea i was signed up for! So whether or not it was my fault, which im sure it was because i didnt read some pop up or fine print some where... But when i tried to cancel my account the people put me on hold for about 20mins and then i ended up getting hung up on - TERRIBLE SERVICE! Terrible flowers! Terrible hidden fees!!!
