I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter and never received it, they took me for $162 dollars and there phone number is no good, Shame on them! My daughter is very upset as that was her Christma

On December 23... I ordered a pair of Uggs for my daughter and never received it! I paid $162 dollars thinking it was a good price for the Sparkle uggs so I purchased it. I received an invoice and thenan email stating it is preparing to be processed.

I called the number and it doesn't work and the email is mispelled; They debited my account and its from China, Shan gai. As of today, it is still at the same status and haven't heard from them since.

Please becareful when you purchase online, don't want this to happen to anyone, Shame on them! Now I'm out of $162 and can't afford to buy my daughter another pair, this broke my heart because it was her Christmas gift.
