I bought my daughter 2 pairs of Ugg Boot for Christmas. They were said they were authentic sheepskin Uggs, which came with an authenticity certificate. But when I took them into a shoe store to trade in for a different size, they showed me the difference in the real uggs compared to the FAKE ones i received. I can't seem to find out a number or address to get my money back. When I ordered them on online it was listed as an authentic Uggs dealer. Please help me! I really can't afford to purchase more and this was a special gift I was saving for a long time to give to my daughter for Christmas and her birthday.
