I ordered a sweater and boots from Flirt Catalog online, on December 13. My account was "debited" for both orders separately. I received the sweater, but not the boots [$74.95]. The boots were a Christmas present [ thanks alot ].
Trying to reach this company via their toll-free number and/or email is "useless". I have waited up to 15 minutes on hold, only to be told I am "first in line".
I even tried emailing the "owner" directly, with no response. I'm in the process of trying to retrieve my monies back, via my bank.
I've filed reports with the Better Business Bureau and even on their Facebook site.
They claim the boots are sent out via another warehouse [ okay ] and obviously there is no way they can "track" them.
