I bought a pair of shoes, cause they gave me a 10 $ off coupon. I received them in a totally torn shoe box, the shoe condition was great though. The shoe box had torn from all the seams and sides. So obviously i threw it away. I didn't like the shoes either. So i took a new box and shipped the shoes back to them within two days of receiving them. No call or anything from there side. I could track that they received the shoes that i returned. Now i am waiting for a refund. After a month i called them back to enquire... And they say we have returned the shoes back to you, the reason beign that the original box [torn one] was not sent to them!!! What the f@#$?
They are just ridiculous. I wasn't even aware that they have re-returned my shoes. The ups guy left it with the apt office.
These bloody rascals are a bunch of frauds. Please please NEVER do business with them. I wrote a couple of complain emails to there customer service, and they haven't bothered to reply at all. Bad bad business. Wish i had lawyer to sue them...
