The First American Van Lines Inc. Worst Customer service, They lied to me, and I feel cheated

To start with, the price was almost double what they quoted. They lied to me on more than 6 occassions. The customer service was incorrigible. I was told to email different people who never responded and given the runaound for at least 6 weeks.

I called over 30 times and was always told someone would get back to me, they never did.

I was constantly given other people to call to describe what my issue was.

They never took care of the problem.

Very poorly run company, unprofessionbal and bordering on criminal. I truly get the feeling that thiscompanyis run by criminals who are just working their latest scam.

Stay clear of them.
