On Dec 16th I went to what I thought was coach outlet mall. It looked Legit. I ordered a Coach tote. Everything seemed to fine. The next day I check my bank account to see if it was processed and it was. Said that I could check the status at famousmall eu. It said that my purse was shipped out on the 17th. Thinking I would get in time for Christmas, I never did. So I sent an email and I did get a response back saying that it was shipped on the 22nd. I couldn't track it so I took their word. Well It is Jan 7 Ihaven't recieved it yet.
I happened to find a # so I called. I talked to a man who said that because of the holiday they were really backlogged. He said the purse was in transit and that I should in 4 to 5 days. This is the 5th day and I'm sure I 'am not going to get.
I called Coach direct and they told me that they were not affliated with this site at all and could not help me. I spent 79.00 on this purse I would like my money back.
