I placed an order via the internet on Nov. 30th and got an e-mail acknowledgement stating the order would ship in a week and that if there was a problem I would be alerted. The item was for aXmasgift. It is now January 4th, I've sent several e-mails, and left phone messages, but they have not responded. My account was charged the day of the order. They do not answer the phone, the message says they are busy and to leave a message, but they never respond. I feel totally ripped off. I've left and sent e-mails asdking them to cancel the order and refund my money, but they have not done this either.
