We sent Teleten Marketing a $2800.00 cashiers check that Al Stephenson requested to be overnighted so we could get the 100 lead telemarketed lead campaign started on the following monday. We did receive any leads till that Wednesday. We got 5 leads that were from all over the state. We signed up for leads in 4 counties close to our office. We were supposed to get 4 to 6 leads daily.
After the initial 5 leads on that Wednesday, we did not receive any leads for 3 weeks. We spoke to Joanna Navarro first and she could not tell us why we were not getting leads. She then referred us to her manage Robert Lee. He absolutely promised me leads on the following evening and I was excited and stayed till 830pm several nights and still no leads then no phone calls from Robert Lee.
When we got a hold of him he said sorry and could not figure out why we didn't get leads. Then we got to talk to his Mgr. Irv Parchman. Irv said sorry and to give them one more week and we would get 1 to 2 good leads during that week and if that did not happen he would happily give us our money back. That was almost 2 weeks ago and he will not return any phone calls. I have left him at least 2 dozen voice mails. I have been ripped off big time.
This company has done it before and has complaints to the California Attorney General. Scam, ripoff! This has been going on for over a month, we have about 8 leads that mostly sucked and we can not get a manager to call us back. Buyer beware.
