Gensis Trucking & logistics Ripoff double brokered loads to me and made twice the money fee from shipper and fee from me as an owner operator and then told shippers i was leased to them when in fact i wasn't

I am an owner operator that used genesis to find my loads. The loads that i recieved were double brokered which means genesis was paid from the shipper and then took 12% from me on top of it. A major shipper in north dakota called me about a sugar load i hauled, and when they found out the loads were brokered to an owner operator they were really upset. This ment i was ripped off as well. I finally had to hire a lawyer in bismarck north dakota to get my pay from this company and it took several weeks to get it, this seemes to be the general practic of mr. Jim dehn after checking him out on the goverment web site i found out his practices over the past few years aren't all there cracked up to be. I wish i'd have known then what i know now.
