My club decided to order our sashes online and we found graduationsashes.net, the website seemed funny because there was a robot talking on the homepage but we ordered anyways. We had to email someone named Doreen (who claimed to be in Washington state). She said we would have to pay through paypal (which seemed fishy, but we didnt think much of it). After we paid we were promised our sashes to be delivered in 2 weeks. After two weeks passed, I attempted to call Doreen, but there is NO PHONE NUMBER on the website! After searching and searching, I found that graduationsashes.net links to finalstep.net and graduationstoles.net (I think they are all the same company). But still, I could not find a number! I sent an email demanding to speak to someone, then finally someone called me back that could barely speak English, saying that the order has already shipped. I finally got the sashes a week late, 2 days after my graduation! When I opened the package, the label said that it was shipped from China! I guess the sashes got lost in customs or something, at least thats what the delivery guy said.
