Our Charter School which is already limited on funds tried to order sashes from this company back in Feb we were told that we would get our sashes before our event date scheduled for April 27,
We'll the owner stated she sent the sashes once but they were returned and she informed our school that we had an invalid address, this is the same address that teacher direct and other vendors has been sending supplies for our school for the last six years,
When this owner was contacted by email because that was the only way to contact her she stated that her ex husband had gotten her business phone disconnected and she could only respond now by email,
She stated she would send our sashes to us again, this was April 14, I emailed her again April 24 since she stated she would send them again priority mail 2/3 days and we did not have them, the owner stated she was not sending the sashes to our school again, nor was she refunding us our monies for the sashes, she would not call us even though
We left several email requesting a phone call, so our event happened and our students were disappointed because we did not have the sashes that we paid $108 for. I recommend that you think twice before using thos company, they are in my opinion fradulent.
