I ordered 2 pairs of UGG boots from 'uggstore2011' online totaling $196.00. The boots never came. Since they didn't provide a company phone number or a confirmation email, I was unable to check the status of my order. My login continues to fail (since I did register before purchasing). They have not responded to my numerous emails. The last email I sent them indicated that I would take action if I didn't hear back from them so here it is.
Now the website (s) read in RED " Please do not repeate emails" What a crust! Basically, don't keep bothering us expecting some kind of customer service... You must accept that we stole your money so now go away."
They own 140 Domain names so they must be collecting funds from all over the world. They claim to be based in Australia but at the FAQ page, they provide a chineese shipping company as a reference. I sent an email translated into traditional Chineese as well.
I'll remove this report when the boots come. If they ever do. I see they already have a rebutal... Very clever.
