Ordered some equipment because the price seemed right. They were out of some items and replaced them with a substitutes. This was not really the problem. One item didn't work and finding someone to deal with it was like finding Waldo. I think all of the customer service numbers go to peoples cell phones and Emails are answered haphazardly. Once I threatened Small Claims Court action they fixed the glitch.
You may want to consider paying a little more and do your business at an establishment that actually has customer service.
