We have ordered $4K worth of products for our bathroom remodeling; long in advance before we would need it, on 10/13. Today, 11/4, still do not have the biggest part of the order. ANd no indication when we get it. Emails are sent to us from the Customer Service with "these items have been shipped" - more than once, with no specific date when they were shipped. The tracking numbers porivded on the email 'do not work' - nothing found with these numbers. Called Cust Serv and they explained it by computer glitch... Email is missing some items we ordered... No indiciatin what is the story on these items, when will they be shipped. Calling customer Service - the do not pick up the phone most of the time; and do not return phone messages. My order# 1605768. I am sorry I got pulled in by good prices becasue now I am paying for it in time.
