I have been with this company for some time, and it is always one thing after another. I have added money to my account, only to call them and find out they lost it.
The most recent issuse is that I had a card on reserve to use when my current month ran out. This was listed on my account page.
My service ran out the other day and my card was not credited. I called and was told there was no reserve, after i saw one there.
I guess I must of made them mad because after i got off the phone with them, after an hour, i logged back into my account and the card was gone and they deactivated my phone.
Todays issue is we ordered new phones because they were having a sale. This was on Monday, with free over night shipping. As of yet, we have not received it and I am on the phone with them right now and they cant find my order!!!
I tell you what, they could find my information to take their money out!!!
Not to mention when you do actually get to talk to someone, you cant understand a word they say!!!
