Mr Shah has a way of making employees feel like he really cares about their well being, family's, and any other item that he can utilize with his sweet talking. He works for a large company called Cydcor, which if you look up on this site there is a million reports on this company. They use a 3 step interviewing process and the false promises, lies, and sweet talking will begin there. First interview will be at the office where he will explain what his company sells. He will tell you that you will make no less than 40k annually which is a complete lie. He will also act as if he is making big money and that is a lie, the guy drove a beat up POS and shared an apartment with one of his employees, and i could tell that he was struggling financially the whole time i was employed by him. The 2nd step of the interview you will go out in the field and see how his employees work, and try to make sales. This job is a door to door job but he will not tell you that. Finally he will call and offer you the job and act like you were picked out of a crowd of millions of applicants for the job. This is also a complete lie this company is a pyramid scheme and he will hire who ever he can trick into his scam.in my experience with him which was only a few months he hired people who could not speak or dress professionally, and also hire people who did not complete high school. From my experience and talking to the other people who worked there he ripped us all out of some money, bunches of time, and then decided to move cities and left the employees who still worked there high and dry (thank god i quit before then). Not only is he a liar, sweet talker, and dis honest, the company Cydcor is horrible.
SO SAVE YOUR TIME and do not trust Mr. Shah
