What a bunch of liars! They ask you to outright lie. The first round interview = scam.
Second round interview = LIE
Especially the "lunch time break down"
Third Round Interview = another lie
They coerce their employees to lie. This company preys on recently graduate students. Keeps them EXTREMELY busy. Isolates them from their family and friends. Witholds their pay and gives them false hope. Cydcor preys on inexperienced managers and gobbles up the profits. What a sick, sad corporation.
They pay next to nothing.
Many "large" orders get mysteriously cancelled.
They utilize militaristic 'jedi' mind tricks to manipulate under-confident students to join in their ring.
They actively practice gender based discrimination.
And continualy deliver false promises.
IE: If you spend your OWN money to take a Road Trip to VA then we will give you a week of interviews - YEAH RIGHT.
They can't handle confrontation. When confronted on the lies and what not, they fire you, and offer to find you a new job (which they look up on Monster.com in front of you. HOW stupid do they think we are?)
They do not care about their employees at all and actively rely on a high turnover rate. The managers lead sick, sad, overworked pathetic lives. I honestly feel sorry for these people. Most of them are nice people, that is why the system works. This is absolutely NOTHING Personal.
They are smooth talking charismatic individuals and this WHOLE company MUST be brought to its Knees.
We, those individuals LIED to and cheated by CYDCOR, must band together and push for a class action suit, not for the money, but to punish the injustices preformed by this disgusting 'corporation'.
