Beware of Good Deeds, Inc. To beging with they never gave us a copy of the lease, which stated that we payed first and last month plus a deposit. Our monthly payment is $2,600. We had so many problems with the plumbing and he never picked up our calls. So we had to fix it ourselves. We live in a duplex and both houses had the same problem. The house acumulates mold on rainy days, specially on the room where we sleep along with my 2 year old baby. We all know how bad mold is. We call to tell owner he never returned our calls. Plus they made us responsible for water and trash services. 12 month lease is over and we still dont have a copy of the lease. He is still NOT picking up up our calls. We are trying to contact him to get at least our deposit, now that he is saying we did not pay for last month. Make sure who your landlords are before renting and that they have an office to go talk to the. Good Deeds is only a P O box, and an 888 number. Please help us.
