The Point Apts
Gave notice was made to pay more and have no guarantee of deposit refund

My lease expires end of month and the complex wants me to pay another month cause they say that the notice i gave falls into another month so they want me to pay a month to month fee plus the market rate. Which is putting me on hold with my new apt. Also i asked them for the phone number and address to their coporate office to check with them on this matter and they refuse to give to me. I was told they would forward the information to them on my behalf... Which i felt was wrong and should be given to me also i want to insure of getting my deposit back,

Cause when i sign my lease it stated i would recieve a gift card which i havent and they state that they have no knowledge of this but its in my lease... I have been getting the run around and feel like something must be up since that wont let me talk to their coporate office...
