The phone number given for this company to cancel the services is automated. Cannot talk to an individual.
As per my case:
My account was debited the 49.95 on 12/4/03 without the free trial expiring 12/17/03.
I had called to cancel this as soon as I received the letter.
I noticed via net and there was a charge for the amount mentioned on my statement.
This is a BAD customer service practice.
I want my 49.95 back!
