These scumbags claimed to have sold double verified opt-in leads, but in fact they are breaking the law and using touch 1 campaigns. This resulted in a lawsuit to my company. Do not buy from them under any circumstances, they will get you in trouble. If you call to discuss the issue, they won't give you the time of day.
To make matters worse, they are F*king A*holes.
