Steven karl kop or steven karlton wen-hao kop ask for money upfront in my case $1,000.00 and never will return a call or no where to be found

In February I deposited $1,000.00 dollars into his acct. As instructed to help me with my foreclosure problem. When the time came around that I needed him, he would not return my phone calls and was never at his office.
So in short he will always be there for your first phone calls until you hand money over to him" expect no service! And no where to be found! I even checked the California bar he checked out fine, but now I am going to make sure they here my complaint about him so this does not happen to anyone else who does background check on him. So beware!
