Www.firstnewboots.com Ordered Ugg Boots. Account used was charged more than the receipt amount. Company offers no contact info

I ordered Ugg boots from www.firstnewboots.com on November 29. My order amount was 95.99, however my account was charged 99.95. I have repeatedly asked for an update on my order and was given this standard email reply each time:

Dear Friend, Thanks for your attention to our website: www.firstnewboots.com Sorry for the delayed tracking number! In a very short time we will have a check for you! Please understand that Christmas is drawing near and our boots are on hot sale now! So they may be delayed one or two days during the transportation! Please don't worry about that! Anything please feel free to contact with us. We will reply you within 24 hours Regards customer service 009: Laura www.FirstNewBoots.com.

I have filed a complaint with my bank and an investigation has been launched. Please do not order from this website as it is a scam. There is no contact info (phone number or mailing address) on the webpate
