I paid 258.37, they said that i'v havent paid, it should be 94.99 only

On october 07 i paid 94.99 like every month for my cable services, i was sorprised when i got an email on november 10 from directv saying that they will cut my services off if i dont pay 258.37, on november 19 i made a phone call to directv and i used the same debit card that i always use to pay this service, them on november 25 i got an other mail from this company saying that i have to pay 194.98 if not the will cut my services by december 10, i called rigth away to speak with a representative from this company, and this person (Esmeralda) said that my phone number was cancelled and i wasnt in the system then hanged up the phone, next day was the same with another representative (katherine), next day i called again and they told me to send a fax with my bank statement showing the amount charged, i did it 3 times just in case with all my information and account number on november 30, i called yesterday and they said that they didnt get it, not even 1 of the 3 that i sent, they told me to send another fax, i went to my bank office (Chase) and asked them to print out a legal version of my account showing the directv charge and i sent it, i dont know what else to do, nobody knows anything about my case but they call me every morning saying that i have to pay if no they will cut my services and report me to the credit bureu, as soon i explain them my situation the hang up the phone
