Tania Ruiz is listed as the owner, address says outside US. I purchased a website that has only worked for a few days, HealthcarePlus. I paid $100, and $5 for a month of hosting. The website has been non functional for over 2 weeks, and all I get are sarcastic replies. Please help if you can.
