Repeatedly named the TNT support hotline, stated about the consignment notice 7am-7pm daily, over nearly an entire week i named nicely within 9am-5pm to routine redelivery no body bothered to get the telephone. Subsequently nearly per week choose to go I had been left a note to contact another quantity alternatively, which again was very difficult to contact through. While certainly redelivery was planned, the redelivery never arrived. The monitoring simply quit at 'Shipping in-Transit.' 2 nights later I named again to become educated they did not understand where the package was. Simply could not think it is within the website both. Guaranteed to call-back to update but did not occur. I would to contact again 24 hours later to become informed they'd discovered it, at another website. At that time per week 5 had approved previously because the intended birth day. Simply could not trust them anymore, I visited get myself, and following a lengthy amount of waiting (30mins - eliminated in with simply my consignment notice and required such a long time in the future out), the unfavorable team got out with my package split to items. The material inside was damaged, and also the components had a need to construct it were eliminated. Today expecting customer support to contact me back for compensation. Whoa, 'Convey' shipping huh, in a required-longer-than-regular-Article, terrible-support, broken-products promise. Horrible.
