I read nothing about being charged $149.90. I knew nothing about the charge until I went to my bank site. I was never told about a 10 day trial.
I'm disabled and my husband has been off work sick, I only had about $159.00 in my account and Prado E-Cigarette took $149.90.
I thought this would help me stop smoking but the e-cigarette stinks and only last 1 hour before I had to recharge it. This is a total RIP_OFF!!!
I called them and was told by Mel/Victoria, I called twice and talked to the same person using different names, that if I did not cancell she would refund $70.00 but charge me $40.00 more a month. The second time I called she said I would recieve $70.00 in my account in 3-5 business days. The only way to stop them from charging me more a month is cancell my bank card. More expense for me. This is BULL%! Why don't we as the consumer have someone to help us?
