Sony isn't responsible. Our VAIOis display continues to be leaping since October 14, and that I contact the SONY customer support to repair my pc. SONY customer support stated that the specialist may contact me within next couple business days. I've been waiting persistence for week after week. I named every week plus they offered me exactly the same solution that I ought to watch for the specialist. I named the specialist plus they stated that these were awaiting the component. I called back SONY plus they stated they'll move my demand to unique group to deal with this problem. It's been over yet another month. I still not obtaining any phone from on site specialist. Sony is truly, truly, truly not responsible and unprofessional. I would recommend that should you wish to purchase a pc, steer clear the SONY items.
