I created an arrangement with Sean Nolan to buy an automobile that NTS offers like a sideline. I delivered Sean Nolan a $750.00 deposit. 3 days after getting my deposit, Sean Nolan provides exactly the same automobile available on ebay. After I faced him about that, he explained he had two automobiles using the same VIN number. I subsequently declined to-go through using the purchase, and Sean Nolan will not return my deposit. Sean Nolan is seemingly confused by what VIN figures are, and he seems he's the best to deceive his clients. Mr. Nolan continues to be rude and shady throughout our deal. Who owns NTS, James Nolan (Sean's dad), understands how I've been handled and it has accomplished nothing to create things right.
