Just like the previous complaints, we too were deceived into thinking someone in our company had placed an order for our cc machine, so willingly our receptionist had confirmed our shipping address and cc info. Months later I get a call saying that we have a bill past due and that it needs to be paid immediately. So I check into it and find out that none of our employees ordered anything from RBS, that in fact, RBS had called to "confirm" our shipping address and then... Boom... We were hit with a $300 bill!
I called the company back and told them that we never ordered these products and that the box was still sitting in our storage room. I would happily return it, however, they would not honor that and accused our receptionist of "miss-representing" herself as an authorized buyer for the company. [continued below]...
