The date above is an estimation. The representative that initially called us was Tanya Brown. She advised that we were receiving advertising services in the yellow pages that needed to be paid for. She questioned our receptionist as to whether or not she was authorized to make purchases, and advised her that the owner (who was named by his name) had an ongoing yellow pages account that we could renew for $600.00 for the year. The receptionist confirmed that this was a renewal/continuation of services already being received with Tanya, and even confirmed with the owner that we had a yellow pages ad that he wanted to continue. There were some red flags in the conversation noted by our office manager, so the receptionist began questioning Tanya about the validity of the call. Tanya developed an attitude with our staff when she realized the money wasn't going to just be forked over, and the receptionist ultimately ended up asking for Tanya's supervisor. This was a gentleman who immediatley reduced our bill to $499.95 once on the phone with the receptionist. This was another red flag. So, needless to say, we didn't pay their invoice. Today (4/11) Teresa Bryant called regarding this matter stating that Tanya was no longer with them, and she was calling regarding our invoice. I advised her that we had no intention of paying on the invoice and would take all means necessary to report them and that we questioned the validity of their business and services.
