I placed an order on Oct 21 had my credit card charged the very next day, and yet I haven't received my order. I have made multiple phone calls and emails to condomman.com and have yet to receive a response or solution.
I have used condomman.com many times in the past with no problems, until now. They have the cheapest prices because they really don't have a customer service department, that I am convinced.
Is it really that hard to fix a very simple problem? How can a major company not have a live person answer the phone?
