I know this is a long time ago, back in 2001 when I first got Cricket Wireless, the promotion deal was "FIRST MONTH FREE". Here it is I was able to purchase a Blackberry from Cricket, but in order to activate the account they had to sign me up as a new customer because I was a "POST PAY" client. Post pay? Are they telling me when I signed up I didn't pay for two months? I asked for my records from I was told I was being unreasonable and he tried to ignore my request and my statement that I had first month free. "No you didn't" says the 22 year old store manager who also stated that was 10 years ago, and I could not remember that, I did tell him jokingly he was only 12 at that time and he says rudely "and now I make a lot of money". I think it is great that cricket pays their employees well. But what ever happened to my first month free? I am owed a half of a month of service and quite disgruntled that this company did this to me, my husband and anyone that signed up with them in 2001 and however long they have been doing this. Not fair!
