I had called this woman regarding a situation with a man. She wasted the allotted time talking about her own problems, ignoring my attempt to refocus on the reason for the call (for which I was charged a hefty sum). She never did get on track, never addressed the situation I called her about, so I ended the call. I contacted her the next day to get a refund complaining that she spent my time talking about herself, and she denied it. When I recited her monologue back to her she got insulting, accusatory and very mean. She's arrogant, self-centered, harsh, abrasive, mean as a snake, dishonest and down right nasty. She is no more psychic than a kitchen sink. This is an unhappy person who lashes out at others. Needless to say she never refunded the money, which also makes her a thief.
