I ordered 5 $100 Macys giftcards from elayaway.com. I contacted elayaway and Macys telling them that all of the cards had a 0 balance when I recieved them. Elayaway said that they would contact Macys to reissue the cards to me. I also wrote a letter to Macys telling them the situation. I have been working on this since June and nothing has been resolved and I am still out $500.
