I placed an order to macys on 09/01 the order was processed just fine and then I received an email stated your order has been cancelled. So I called macys they informed that my card had expired. So then I checked my account at American state bank their was an amount of 95.00 charged I called the bank they said they couldn't remove the amount it had to be disputed. So again I called macys told them what the bank had said. Macys said they will call the bank to get the charges removed it was a holiday so they couldn't macys asked me to call back in the morning I did so. What a nighmare macys put me on hold for one half hour I had an apt so I had to hang up. Macys never called be back if the dispute was token care. The bank said the card was not expired it was no fault of theirs they approved the charges. I feel macys should send me my order without charge for all the stress and phone calls I had to make to get my money back and all I did was place a order. They had no respect for the customer like my time has no value. Macys customers service very bad. I hope they don't treat all their customers like iam been treated I did no harm but had to deal with all the stress of waiting on the phone not once but twice
