AT&T pay per call program is not living up to their promises. I am receiving and being charged $40.00 per call from job seekers, telemarketers out of state calls, etc. When a remedy is sought from customer service, they basically tell me sorry, we can't remove the charges. They tell me to end any bogus calls in less than twelve seconds. Excuse me? It takes at least that much time to answer a call professionally, not to mention the two or three second delay after I greet them and they begin to talk. After doing the research, I see that I am not the exception, but the norm. Maybe if we band together our voices will be heard.
