Originally when I signed up I was assured that calls coming from vendors or anyone other than potential clients would not be charged. Customer service for t he first several lmonths was very happy to remove all calls that I told them were bogus and thus far I have only received one call that was from a potential client everything else was either from a vendor or someone asking if I was hiring. Thus far I have wasted a minimum of 1 hour a month arguing with service reps to remove charges not including all the wasted time answering bogus calls that I am now charged for. The reason I and probably most sign up for the service is the hook that we will only be charged if a potential client calls us. So no high monthly charge with no calls coming in. But now I have many calls coming in unfortunately all of them are from vendors or someone asking if your hiring and your being charged every time they call. Do not sign up no matter what your AT&T sales rep says you will waste time and be charged for it.
