I paid AT&T the $51.52 amount through Bank of America Homebanking System on June 29. The amount was officially debited on my BOA account. The related documents provided by BOA also confirmed again and again that the amount was paid AT&T on June 30. I already contacted AT&T on the subject and provided them with BOA documents. AT&T responded by saying that the above amount was paid to my old account going with my old telephone number (714) 539-9131. I asked them to transfer that amount to my current account, 714-550-0905-613. AT&T, however, did not transfer the amount and did not return it to my BOA account whereas keeping requiring me to pay another $51.52 plus a late fee, raising the total to $55.04 that I was forced to pay for fear of phone service disconnection as AT&T threatened to do.
