I fell and broke my back and got 3 months behind on my mortgage payments. Finally I had the money to get current and spoke with an ocwen repersentive and verified the amount. I mailed the amount to them on 1/31, the same day of the conversation, and ask him to note the account. 2 weeks later I received the check I sent in the mail with an attached letter stating the amount was rejected. I called immediately and was told the check was received 10 days after the conversation and the amount had changed, The check had a stamp on it that said Rec 2/3. This is not 10 days after the conversation. I was told my house was set for four closure on March 6 th. I was told to shed a different amount via wire transfer to get the loan current. I went to my bank and wired the given amount to them per their wiring instructions and provided a wire verification number. I then called Ocwen the folding day to follow up on the wire transfer. Ocwen claimed they did not receive the wire transfer. I am unable to talk to a person in the US. I need to find a lawyer to sue them. This is deceptive and wrong and Ocwen knows it.
