Ripoff reported to be scamming consumers out of $39.95 for their program saying you can make up to $300 per survey

I just found out that highestpaysurveys.com has frauded consumers out of money buy promising to make up to $300 from a lot of the companies they represent, but they actually out received low $ amounts for suveys and they are not working directly with these companies.
