Well where should i begin with Liberator... I initially called about a product that was listed on their website. The product was listed at one price and when i placed my prder I was charged a higher price. I contacted the customer service department and they refunded my card, but then they turned around and charged it again. At this point i decided to goto the store since i lived in the area. I was directed to the "store" in the back of the warehouse (mind u), where i was then informed not only that the color that i had order was not in stock but the product was actually no longer available. I recieved no emails regarding this, nor was I informed when i spoke to the custmer service agent. Yet and still they expected me to buy another item. I had to wait 4 days for my refund to get back on the CC and incurr fees due to their incompetence. However I was offered a $25 gift card for a $225 f* up, I THINK NOT! Not to mention their products are so high that $25 will barely pay for the sales tax and shipping. Funny how that was the only "store" in that vicinity... HHMMMMM makes me wonder how legit are they really For a company that specializes in making people feel good, they sure dont recipricate that to their customers!
