He disregarded my investment wishes and misrepresented the returns I would get on my investments. He refuses to take my calls and I see my life's savings dwindling away to nothing. Do not trust Carlos Vivas - he will say whatever you want to hear to get control of your money. He preys upon senior citizens!!
