Consumer Preferred didn't stand up behind the websites

I purchased this credit plan to help me through a struggling christmas. And to restablish credit. I paid by a check over the phone. They deducted the money. Sent the package with catalog card and a 10% voucher off when you visit the web site. To my supprise the website is not in. Then I spent time to research and found you under their title...
I don't want people like me to get ripped off. Especially at christmas.
