Man scott bell asks me to call 209 622 4593 calling me on my cell phone 4/5 times daily saying he will arrest me for a legal issue against my name he knows all my info but i have no idea what he is talking about, he claims he's a officer but never tells me what i did just that i am going to go behind bars! When he leaves his message the phone number that the call come from is 000000 please stop these people!
